We are happy to provide beach towels upon request. We do not keep them in the apartment as their washing instructions is different from the regular towels and we want to make sure our guests are clear on that before they arrive. Just ask though and we will have them available for your stay. We do not provide beach chairs as we have no where to store them and we are not a beachfront property. They can be easily rented though on the days you want to go to the beach.
No, we provide plenty of white fluffy towels for our guests and all the bedding is freshly laundered before your arrival.
No, we do not provide daily housekeeping like a hotel. If you require additional housekeeping services during your stay with us, please inquire as to rates and availability.
No, we're sorry but our properties are 100% non-smoking both inside and out. We prefer to rent to non smokers. If someone in your party MUST smoke they will be required to go all the way to the public area of the sidewalk or street to do so.
No, we're sorry but we cannot allow any pets in our properties.
Yes, the water is safe to drink. We don't really like the way it tastes though so we have filtered water and ice available in our refrigerators.
Yes, all televisions are equipped with Basic Cable television. Most are also equipped with Smart TV features and have Netflix and HBO Go among other apps.
None, our properties are accessed by electronic keyless entry for the front doors and each new guest has a unique entry code which is deleted after they check out. Any exterior gates have lock boxes that hold the gate key and that code will match your front door code. We ask that the gate key stay in the lock box to make sure it does not get lost.
Each property has at least one parking space (off street) for guests. The apartments have a 2nd space available for an additional $10 per night + tax. This space is shared between the 2 units so it is available on a first come, first served basis. For additional cars, we ask that you park on the street but read the signs carefully so as not to get a ticket for parking during street cleaning hours or on permitted streets. Some spaces are not suitable for larger vehicles (passenger vans, extended SUVs).
Both of our properties are in very safe neighborhoods. We currently live in one of the neighborhoods and used to live in the other. They are both family friendly neighborhoods where people look out for each other while also respecting each other's privacy. Los Angeles, however, is a major metropolitan city despite it's suburban feel. Due to that we suggest to all our guests that they take precautions wherever they are in LA. We don't suggest walking alone on quiet side streets at night, leaving car doors unlocked or doing anything you would not do in any other major city.
